Andrew Anderson,

Transport for London
Andrew Anderson has worked in public transport and ticketing systems for over 17 years, in roles for both operators and suppliers. For the last five years, he was worked for Transport for London where he has been responsible for defining and implementing new ticketing projects and initiatives, which have included the launch of pay as you go on Oyster, the development of the Oyster photocard for child free travel concessionary schemes and the expansion of pay as you go to National Rail services in London. His current role is Business Process & Analysis Manager, leading a team of business analysts to identify TfL’s requirements from a future ticketing system.
