Outi Rouru-Kuivala,
 Project Manager Smartouch
 City of Oulu-project, City of Oulu
Ms. Rouru-Kuivala acts as a Project Manager in SmartTouch City of Oulu-project which is part of SmartTouch project, the biggest effort in European Union on NFC. Additionally one of her main duties is to develop TestUserCommunity City of Oulu combining technical test beds and “Living Lab” concept.
