Business Development Director, Future Solutions Group,
Motorola

Tom Mockridge is responsible for taking to the EMEA market any products and solutions developed by Motorola’s Future Solution and Technology team. His focus at present is in the area of M-Commerce.

Prior to his current role, Tom’s responsibilities at Motorola have included the development of Motorola Networks Mesh Wifi and Fixed Mobile Convergence solutions business within EMEA. He was responsible for the launch of Europe’s first UMA service (Unlicensed Mobile Access).

Prior to joining Motorola, Tom was Business Development Director at leading corporate remote access solution provider, iPass, and was previously technology sector Sales Director at Global One, the international joint venture of FT, DT and Sprint. His early career was in UK Telecoms regulation as Associate Director of premium rate watchdog ICSTIS.

Tom has spoken at many industry events on fixed mobile convergence, mesh wifi and M-commerce. He holds an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University.
