Herbert Pamminger,
Vice President Business Segment, Airports / Shopping Center, Business Unit Car Access,
Skidata AG

Herbert Pamminger is Vice President for the Airports and Shopping Centre segments at SKIDATA AG. In this function he is responsible fort he entire product portfolio in these segments, including sales and distribution. He is also Marketing & Sales representative for NFC within SKIDATA, responsible for the strategic positioning of NFC technology. At the NFC Forum, Herbert serves as Chairman of the Marketing Communications Task Force.

Herbert is a graduate of the University of University Graz, where he obtained a degree in electic engineering. He has also completed several semesters in sports science. In the course of his career at SKIDATA, Herbert has held several management positions, including product management, international project management, key account management, and head of the Event Access division. His previous positions were in the Access Components, Consumable Products, Ski Access and Event Access divisions. This has earned him the status of an expert in the SKIDATA various access technology solutions of both the People Access and Car Access units. While holding these positions, Herbert has contributed significantly to the innovation processes within SKIDATA.

Outside work he is an avid sports enthusiast. Being somwhat of an audiophile, he enjoys following the various technological advancements in hi-fi technology and is the proud owner of a unique hi-end system.
