Development Manager
Innovation and Marketing Group City of Oulu

Mr. Mustonen works for City of Oulu as a  Development Manager . He generates innovative R&D Procjets  and builds up development modells between public and private sector.  City of Oulu offers  real life  projects and pilot testing environment to research centers and ICT-companies at same time City develops future services to its citizens.
